You will manage Third Party Implemented energy efficiency program performance, contractual relationships, program data reporting, and forecasting. What You Will Do
Advises on strategic direction, provides expert guidance, uses advanced program reports, and leads strategic program-related activities. Develops and implements training programs to build organizational capabilities.

Requirements
- Ten or more years of experience working in a customer service, corporate, administrative, or analytical role supporting business operations.
- Four or more years experience leading customer programs, services or projects.
- Experience directing and/or negotiating new contracts and amendments to current contracts.
- Experience in managing a portfolio or multi-program strategy effort.
- Experience as an external-facing liaison; managing multiple vendors, regulators and/or external partner agencies.
- Experience working in a utility industry.
