Job Description
This role drives the strategic engagement between assigned customers and APLL, driving the growth/expansion of relevant APLL solutions. It creates, owns and drives the strategic roadmap for assigned customers, serving as the Strategic customer ambassador.

Requirements

  • Manage a portfolio of regional customer relationships
  • Develop and execute tailored solutions for customers
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams
  • Actively engage with the Strategic commercial team
  • Manage assigned client and customer relationships
  • Proactively identify new opportunities
  • Regularly gathers customer feedback
  • Drive engagement of APLL and customer representatives
  • Escalate issues when necessary
  • Obtain a good understanding of on-going customer needs
  • Consult with customer representatives
  • Develop and agree to a specification of customer requirements
