Role OverviewThe Senior Advisor, Strategic HR Projects plays a pivotal role in leading complex HR initiatives across project, program, and portfolio levels within the HR Project Management Office. This role is responsible for driving alignment, governance, prioritization, and execution across a portfolio of strategic HR work.
What You Will Do
Lead and execute complex projects with enterprise-wide impacts, manage the entire project lifecycle, provide guidance and governance for individual projects, and monitor project progress.

Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6 or more years of consulting or project management experience supporting cross-functional, enterprise-level initiatives
- Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and software
- Experience influencing decisions and driving alignment across multiple stakeholder groups
