Job Description
UJET is a leading provider of AI-powered contact center innovation, delivering a future-proof, cloud platform that redefines the customer experience. We're looking for a Senior AI Engineer to build the next generation of AI products across UJET's Spiral and AXO, with a focus on building robust technical systems, shipping user-facing product features, and architecting data ingestion and analysis pipelines.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • Strong experience as a generalist engineer
  • Excellent programming skills in Python and TypeScript
  • Experience shipping AI agents and LLM-powered applications
  • Strong product instincts and comfort working in ambiguous environments
  • Experience building and operating systems on AWS/GCP in production
