Role OverviewThe Senior AI Platform Security Engineer will define the standards for internal engineering at Front, including how services are structured and deployed, how environments and secrets work, and what gets logged. They will partner with the product engineering org and inherit their tooling, patterns, and processes. The engineer will own the review bar, decide what needs review, and be the person who says no when something isn't ready.
What You Will Do
The Senior AI Platform Security Engineer will define the reference architecture for internal systems, own the security requirements, and implement data loss prevention controls. They will also maintain and rehearse incident runbooks, assist with compliance, and scope reviews and access audits.

The ideal candidate will have established a platform, DevOps, or infrastructure practice somewhere it didn't exist, and have deep hands-on experience running production infrastructure in a major cloud. They will have strong Python or Go for automation, tooling, and debugging systems, and practical infrastructure security experience.

- Infrastructure as code in production at scale
- Owning CI/CD pipelines end to end
- Strong Python or Go for automation, tooling, and debugging systems
- Practical infrastructure security experience
- Clear written communication
- Strong SQL experience
- Hands-on security operations experience
- Experience with implementing and managing SAML/OIDC SSO and SCIM
- Strong experience with secrets management
- Production iPaaS experience
