Senior AI Software Developer

As a Senior AI Software Developer, you will build and ship full-stack applications, services, and internal tools in Python, Java, Rust, C#, C++, or TypeScript to exercise frontier model capabilities. You will integrate pre-release model APIs into working software, diagnose and document model and integration failure modes, and prototype quickly against shifting requirements.

What You Will Do

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include building and shipping production software, integrating pre-release model APIs, diagnosing and documenting model and integration failure modes, and prototyping quickly against shifting requirements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience building and shipping production software

• Hands-on ownership across the stack: backend service and API design, a modern front-end framework (React or equivalent), data modeling, and cloud deployment
• Ability to onboard onto an unfamiliar codebase and deliver working code quickly
• Strong written communication skills
