Senior Alignment and Field Planning Manager

The Senior Alignment & Field Planning Manager will provide strategic leadership for the design, optimization, and execution of field territory alignments and targeting across CMCS (including CMCS_VIR), Rare Disease, and Market Access teams. This role will lead key analytical and operational processes that translate business strategy, customer opportunity, field capacity, and market dynamics into effective field structures and deployment decisions. The Senior Manager will serve as a strategic partner to Field Leadership and Market Access Leadership, providing data-driven recommendations on territory design, organizational structures, targeting, and field deployment.

What You Will Do

Responsible for the territory alignments, answering queries and performing adhoc analysis regarding territory assignments for CMCS Rare Disease and Market Access teams. Serve as a subject matter expert and strategic advisor to Field and Market Access Leadership on territory design, field deployment, and structural changes.

Ability to multi-task, use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and experience using alignment software, such as Javelin Territory Designer, AlignStar, TerrAlign, PharmaAlign, Veeva align preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and/or Pharm D required
• 8+ years’ experience in sales planning or business analysis in the pharmaceutical industry; OR related field required
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in call planning design implementation preferred or Sales experience preferred
• Ability to communicate (verbally and in writing) complex business analysis and issues clearly and concisely essential
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Data analysis skills & Excellent computer skills
• Experience using alignment software, such as Javelin Territory Designer, AlignStar, TerrAlign, PharmaAlign, Veeva align preferred
