Role OverviewCastalia Systems is seeking a Senior Level All-Source Analyst (MILCAP) to conduct all-source analytic production on foreign defense industrial programs, infrastructure, and capabilities. The candidate will use their specialized functional experience and attention to detail to produce strategic-level assessments and products that address the MILCAP problem set with a specific focus on developments and trends.

The qualified candidate will perform duties and responsibilities such as providing production that study complexity of adversarial systems, producing strategic-level assessments and products, and developing high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 12+ years of experience in lieu of a degree, and will be able to develop high-quality deliverables, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 12+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree
- Experience analyzing and breaking down complex systems
- Experience with the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) or the Machine-Assisted Rapid-repository System (MARS)
- Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments
- Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders
