Senior Alternative Models Operations Manager

The Senior Alternative Models Operations Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of pharmacy programs, driving new initiatives, and developing insightful metrics to assess operational performance. This role requires a highly motivated individual who can work cross-functionally and independently to accomplish objectives.

What You Will Do

The main day-to-day responsibilities of this role include developing and implementing pharmacy capabilities, supporting inline and future launch products, partnering with existing patient support program leads, and developing performance dashboards to assess market access trends.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree from an accredited institution or equivalent
• A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in patient services operations, pharmaceutical sales, marketing, market insights, market research, contracting, managed markets strategy, or value communication
• Ability to translate strategies into measurable programs with high ROI
• Agency/Vendor management experience required
• Ability to lead and collaborate on cross-functional teams required
• Intermediate proficiency in Windows, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required
