Role Overview

The Senior Alternative Models Program Management Manager is responsible for organizing and supporting the execution of specific strategic initiatives within the broader framework established by the Director of Program Management. This role involves creating, managing, and executing project timelines and action plans for prioritized strategic initiatives, developing management tools and reporting templates, and ensuring all initiatives are tracked and aligned with strategic objectives.

What You Will Do

Responsible for managing project timelines for specific strategic initiatives, monitoring project deliverables, identifying operational risks, and developing strategies to address challenges. Oversees the structured submission process for project proposals, reviews incoming proposals, and collaborates with stakeholders to gather input and feedback.
