Job Description
Monogram Health’s Senior Analyst, Provider Partnerships serves as a critical contributor to the growth, optimization, and ongoing management of Monogram’s provider network in alignment with the organization’s provider partnership strategy.

Requirements

  • Analyze complex datasets and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support and drive provider partnership strategies that enhance provider engagement, incentivize high-quality outcomes, and increase provider advocacy
  • Design, build, and maintain reporting on provider engagement, performance metrics, and key KPIs
  • Develop high-quality internal and external deliverables for monthly operating reviews, client updates, and provider performance meetings
  • Apply project management discipline to manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Conduct research and leverage internal and external resources to build a deep understanding of market-specific provider group relationships, affiliations, and dynamics
  • Partner with legal and compliance teams to track, maintain, and monitor contract requirements across provider groups to ensure compliance and mitigate risk
  • Lead and support provider outreach programs to enhance program awareness, strengthen provider relationships, and improve clinical communication
