Role OverviewThe Senior Analyst, AI and Visualization plays a critical role in shaping how data, AI, and advanced analytics improve the internal and external experience across the ecosystem. The role takes on high-impact business problems—often ambiguous and cross-functional—and translates them into scalable, data-driven solutions that influence strategic decisions across the organization.
What You Will Do
Lead high-impact analytical initiatives, design and execute experimentation, develop and deploy Agentic AI solutions, transform raw data into insights, and influence decisions through storytelling.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics, analytics, mathematics, computer science, information technology, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred
- 5–7 years of experience in analytics, data science, business intelligence, AI-enabled analytics, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience delivering data science or advanced analytics solutions that influenced decision-making and business outcomes
- Experience utilizing data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Streamlit
- Strong technical proficiency in SQL and Python, including experience using libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, and statsmodels to analyze large, complex datasets
- Practical experience with experimentation methodologies including A/B testing, causal inference, and statistical analysis in real-world business environments
- Working knowledge of Generative and Agentic AI, including building autonomous or multi-agent workflows and integrating them into broader analytical solutions
- Experience operating in cloud data ecosystems (e.g., Snowflake) to productionize models
- Business and strategic acumen with the ability to structure ambiguous problems, prioritize impact, and recommend data-driven actions
- Strong written and verbal communication and influence skills, including the ability to earn trust, align stakeholders, and drive decisions without formal authority
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and information with accuracy
- Natural problem solver with a creative, inquisitive, and open-minded approach, able to apply bold and innovative thinking to complex challenges
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
