Role OverviewSupport the Asset Management team in operating and maximizing value in our nationwide retail property portfolio. Assist in Annual Operating budgets and prepare investor-ready asset templates.
What You Will Do
Own the quarterly production of in-place net operating income & property financial metrics, project net operating income, debt, and cash flows, and review LOI financial terms.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in commercial real estate asset management, proficiency in advanced Excel and Argus modeling, and the ability to analyze economic and financial market conditions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or its foreign equivalent in business administration, real estate, or a related field
- Three years (36 months) experience in commercial real estate asset management or equivalent experience in the retail asset class
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and Argus modeling
- Understanding of commercial real estate cash flows, equity, debt, drivers of returns, and negotiation processes
- Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini)
