Job Description
Regency Centers is seeking a Senior Analyst, Business Planning & Analysis to provide accurate, timely, and relevant insight for operational & financial performance. The successful candidate will provide reporting and analysis of operational and financial results, prepare and support monthly and quarterly reporting, and identify and implement business solutions through data, technology, and automation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Analytics or relevant field
  • At least four (4) years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Solid foundation in retail real estate fundamentals, including the ability to understand operational metrics and key performance indicators
  • Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Power BI or similar tools
  • Priority-setting, organization, and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Customer focus, interpersonal savviness, and perseverance

  • Intermediate oral and written communication skills
  • Efficient in calculating and utilizing numeric data for reasoning and problem solving
