Role Overview

We're looking for a highly analytical Senior Analyst, Corporate FP&A to serve as the analytical engine of our Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis function. Requirements

  • Four to seven years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or another highly analytical finance role
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience building detailed financial models
  • Experience with multi-entity, multi-property, or consolidated financial reporting, ideally within hospitality, real estate, timeshare, or another asset-heavy industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate financial results into clear insights for non-finance stakeholders
  • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field

Benefits

  • Work directly with the CFO and gain visibility into executive-level decision-making
  • Take ownership of meaningful financial models, forecasts, dashboards, and performance reporting
  • Partner across corporate functions and resort properties to influence business performance
  • Analyze a diverse portfolio spanning hospitality operations, consumer financing, and real estate
  • Help build and strengthen a growing Corporate FP&A function with opportunities to improve tools, reporting, and processes
