Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex financial information into clear insights for enterprise decision‐making.
  • General understanding of the Health Care Benefits segment, with exposure to multiple lines of business preferred.
  • Effective communicator who can prepare executive‐ready materials and clearly explain financial results and drivers.
  • Proactive problem solver who looks beyond the numbers to understand business context and strategic implications.
  • Collaborative team player who builds strong relationships across finance teams and contributes positively to team culture.
