Hyatt seeks an enthusiastic Senior Analyst to join our Finance Evolution Team. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader Finance team, where you’ll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company.

Requirements

  • Collaborate closely with the broader Finance team
  • Translate identified business needs into clear technical requirements
  • Design, develop, deploy, and support transformative solutions
  • Perform advanced data manipulation and analysis
  • Estimate project scope, effort, and resource requirements
  • Manage timelines and provide clear, regular status updates to stakeholders
  • Plan, schedule, and facilitate design and working sessions with Finance leaders and key business partners
  • Partner closely with IT and enabling functions to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and best-in-class
  • Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and innovative approaches
  • Maintain a global mindset and design solutions that can be shared, reused, and scaled across regions and teams worldwide
  • Develop and deliver training, documentation, and post-implementation monitoring
  • Actively encourage adoption of new tools and processes
