Role OverviewCopado is looking for a highly analytical, collaborative, and business-minded Senior Analyst, GTM Operations to partner with our Enterprise Sales and Renewals organization. This role serves as both a strategic advisor and operational leader, helping drive predictable revenue growth through data-driven decision-making, scalable processes, and operational excellence.

As a trusted business partner, you will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to improve forecasting accuracy, optimize renewal operations, and provide actionable insights that enable the business to execute with confidence.

Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Renewal Operations, or GTM Strategy within a B2B SaaS organization.
- 1–2 years of direct experience supporting a Renewals or Customer Success organization preferred.
- Strong understanding of SaaS revenue models, renewal motions, forecasting, and business performance management.
- Advanced Salesforce experience with demonstrated ability to influence CRM design, business processes, workflows, and user experience.
- Experience building dashboards and reports using Salesforce and other business intelligence tools.
- Strong data analysis skills (Excel/Google Sheets, SQL preferred) with the ability to turn insights into executive-ready recommendations.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
