Senior Analyst, GTM Operations

The Senior Analyst, GTM Operations will partner with the Enterprise Sales and Renewals organization to drive predictable revenue growth through data-driven decision-making, scalable processes, and operational excellence. This role will facilitate cross-functional alignment across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, and Product Operations to drive execution.

What You Will Do

The Senior Analyst will translate business priorities into scalable operational processes, reporting, and analytics. They will lead post-mortems on missed targets or process breakdowns, deliver root-cause analysis, and recommend fixes. The role will also involve designing and enforcing data governance standards, supporting and improving the renewal management process, and partnering with Salesforce administrators to influence CRM design and workflows.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Renewal Operations, or GTM Strategy within a B2B SaaS organization
• 1–2 years of direct experience supporting a Renewals or Customer Success organization preferred
• Strong understanding of SaaS revenue models, renewal motions, forecasting, and business performance management
• Advanced Salesforce experience with demonstrated ability to influence CRM design, business processes, workflows, and user experience
• Experience building dashboards and reports using Salesforce and other business intelligence tools
• Strong data analysis skills (Excel/Google Sheets, SQL preferred) with the ability to turn insights into executive-ready recommendations
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
