Job Description
Greystar is seeking a highly motivated Analyst-level professional in its Credit business to generate above average risk-adjusted returns by originating senior and subordinated multifamily bridge loans and preferred equity investments, and purchasing subordinated CMBS securities collateralized by multifamily loans.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of real estate experience
  • Direct experience in credit asset management, investment management, loan origination and/or underwriting
  • Superior presentation and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong quantitative, analytical and creative thinking skills
