Job Description
Squarespace is seeking a Senior Analyst to lead measurement and insights for their paid media program. The role involves quantifying campaign impact, optimizing strategies with data, and influencing investment allocation. The position is hybrid, requiring work from New York City headquarters (3 days/week) and leveraging both internal and external tools.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a marketing analytics or data science role supporting Paid Media
  • Experience influencing paid media strategy, planning and performance through data analysis, decision frameworks and test-and-learn programs
  • Experience building dashboards and working with large datasets using SQL
  • Experience applying predictive analytics for campaign targeting and optimization
  • Knowledge of paid media platforms and digital marketing processes
  • Comfort handling open-ended questions
  • Outcomes-oriented, curious, proactive, and collaborative
