Job Description
Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies (CWT) is a leading supplier of building envelope solutions that effectively drive energy efficiency and sustainability in commercial and residential applications. We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Pricing, Rebates, Sales Commission, operating remotely, and ideally close to a facility.
Job Summary:
Pricing & Rebates/Sales Commission Analyst will be an integral role within the Pricing team responsible for analysis, development and/or maintenance of customer sales & rebates contracts and associated reporting for Henry (i.e. delivering the month-end financial information that impacts Balance Sheets and P&L). This position plays a critical part in the company`s month-end close process resulting in complete accurate financial statements.
 
This opportunity will allow candidates to become an independent, knowledgeable, and professional financial specialist in a very short period.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:

Execute rebate and commission calculations and payment execution by developing a deep understanding of all arrangements, ensuring accurate and timely execution of payments in accordance with the customer’s signed agreements.
Proactively monitor sales and gross margins by market, product segment and customer to identify risks & opportunities versus plan and forecast through internal analysis as well as active business partner engagement.
Evaluates sales data and report to field management on monthly/quarterly/annual basis. Identifies and resolves discrepancies by interacting with various stakeholders primarily sales representatives and customers.
Drive continuous improvement by working cross-functionally with IT assets to ensure outstanding business intelligence is delivered on time and accurately.
Complete ad hoc projects as requested.

Required Skills/Abilities/Knowledge:

Strong technical skills - proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and ERP systems. Demonstrated experience using Excel to build and maintain complex financial models and data analysis. Experience with data visualization tools (i.e. Power BI, Tableau, etc.) a plus.
Highly analytical with the ability to work independently & manage simultaneous projects while delivering high quality work.
Willingness to invest time and effort to understand business, customers and competitive dynamics to influence strategic business decisions.
Insightful, consistent and considerate communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.

Education and Experience:

Required:

5+ years of progressive experience in month-end analysis, sales commission and rebates programs, and data analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or related areas; MBA preferred

Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm 

Travel Requirement:
