Job Description
The Senior Analyst of Project Finance will support Hyatt's third-party financing transactions. This role partners closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to arrange financing transactions and support Hyatt's growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Support efforts to arrange financing for Hyatt's hotel partners
  • Support financing deal negotiation, assist in transaction closing process
  • Prepare deal approval memos, presentations, status update materials for senior leadership
  • Maintain and monitor Hyatt's investment portfolio, prepare performance analytical reports for senior leadership
  • Use AI enabled tools and platforms to streamline routines and create reporting tools for senior leadership decision making
  • Participate in ad hoc projects to support broader Corporate Finance team
  • Be Chicago based
