Role OverviewReports to the Sr. Director or Manager of Provider Services. Hires at least 20 providers each year. Execute the recruiting function for the company, including family medicine, internal medicine, geriatrics, cardiology, psychiatry, podiatry, and nephrology among other strategic specialties.
What You Will Do
Research networking opportunities, run cost-benefit analysis, develop additional physician and APP sourcing methods, develop relationships with schools, residency/fellowship programs, medical societies/associations, pre-screen candidates, coordinate remote and on-site interviews, and collect and synthesize feedback from interview panel.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of work experience OR B.S./B.A. degree
- M.B.A., M.P.H., or other advanced degree welcomed
- Has a high attention to detail and creativity
- Must be comfortable with cold calling and prospecting in a sales or business development environment
- Ability to function in a startup environment and manage in the midst of ambiguity
- Very smart, highly motivated, confident professional who is comfortable working with physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants and has strong executive presence
- Flexible and positive attitude
- Appreciation for a challenge, i.e., work hard/play hard, and a hunger for growth in a startup environment
- Professional communication skills and skill in developing relationships with candidates and leaders across the organization
- Willing to work a hybrid schedule (remote and in-office)
