Job Description
The Senior Analyst, Retail Marketing role is responsible for developing and executing strategy across Tier 3 marketing programs, overseeing program strategy, enhancements, and integrations for both Sales and Aftersales initiatives. This role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify, implement, and manage tactical resources that support MBUSA and its dealer network, driving revenue growth, customer retention, brand integrity, and market expansion.

Requirements

  • 4 – 6 years of experience in Marketing, Automotive Business, or Project/Business Management
  • Proficient at building and maintaining strong working relationships
  • Proven ability to analyze and interpret data to make sound decisions
  • Proven ability to forecast, assess problem areas and risks
  • Proven ability to set and manage multiple priorities and tasks
  • Demonstrates robust organizational capabilities
  • Proficient at communication design and storytelling
  • Confident in public speaking
  • Displays diplomacy and relevance when responding to requests and providing feedback
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
