Requirements

  • Manage and oversee the acquisition and renewal of IT assets, software, maintenance, and associated services, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Coordinate the end‐to‐end procurement process by requesting quotes, validating business requirements, and ensuring renewals align with organizational needs and compliance expectations.
  • Manage Labor‐Based Statements of Work (SOWs), including intake, validation, routing, tracking, and renewal, ensuring all labor engagements adhere to procurement policy, rate structures, required approvals, and contractual compliance.
  • Ensure timely creation and processing of purchase orders to support maintenance renewals, new technology purchases, and labor SOW engagements.
  • Support audit readiness by maintaining contract, SOW, and renewals documentation in accordance with document retention and compliance standards
