Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Analyst of Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting with expertise in complex technical accounting and revenue recognition to support our financial reporting and compliance functions. This role leads the royalty accounting team (OEM accounting) and project accounting, and will help implement our capitalized software processes.
What You Will Do
Oversee royalty accounting for OEM agreements, manage and oversee the royalty accountants supporting OEM accounting, manage and oversee project accounting for implementation projects, and help implement capitalized software processes.

Requirements
- 5–6+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Experience in software and/or SaaS industries, including revenue recognition (ASC 606)
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Ability to navigate complex accounting issues and develop clear recommendations
- Strong analytical, communication, and technical writing skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience leading, mentoring, or supervising accountants, with the ability to review work and develop staff
- Experience working within Oracle ERP systems
