Role OverviewThis role is responsible for maintaining a clear inventory of AI assets and an accurate AI risk register. The successful candidate will own the process of onboarding, managing, and offboarding AI assets, ensuring that every open item has a named owner and a due date. The role requires strong technical skills, including Agile Methodology, Requirements Analysis, and Data Quality & Completeness.
What You Will Do
The Senior Analyst will own the inventory of AI assets, run the lifecycle of onboarding, managing, and offboarding AI assets, and produce inventory and risk-register views to help leaders and reporting move faster. The role also involves driving unregistered AI asset discoveries to zero and producing registry evidence for audits and the monthly measures dashboard.

The successful candidate will have experience in IT asset management, risk management, data governance, or compliance operations, and will be able to partner with Cyber, Legal, Privacy, and TPRM to ensure newly discovered or changing AI assets are properly registered and tiered.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience
- 4-7+ years of experience in IT asset management, risk management, data governance, or compliance operations
