Role OverviewAs Analyst / Senior Analyst, Transformation, you will play a role owning the analysis and executing discrete workstreams — spanning business integration, systems and process modernization, and the practical application of AI across customer-facing functions. Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, you will help bring structure, rigor, and momentum to work that is foundational to Xplor's next phase of growth.
What You Will Do
You'll work across a mix of transformation initiatives that could include things like integrating newly acquired businesses, modernizing core systems and tools, and applying AI to reshape how customer support, success, and sales operate. You'll own transformation projects from design through implementation and measurement of long-term business outcomes.

Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in strategy consulting, transformation, corporate finance, or a similarly analytical role.
- A track record of taking ownership of workstreams within larger cross-functional programmes.
- SaaS and/or payments experience is a plus.
