Role OverviewAs the organization's lead analytics developer and advisor, responsible for owning and evolving Maui Jim's enterprise reporting and visualization environment. The role combines hands-on Tableau development, analytics strategy, business partnership, and data storytelling to deliver impactful insights and support data-driven decision making across the business.
What You Will Do
Partner with executives and business leaders to understand analytical needs and translate them into scalable reporting and analytics solutions. Lead visual analytics design and development activities to produce dashboards, reports, and analytical content in Tableau and Power BI.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business analytics, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a position monitoring, managing, manipulating, and drawing insights from data
- Advanced Tableau skills – minimum 3 years (preferably 5 years) working experience in Tableau
- Intermediate to Advanced Power BI skills preferred
- Visual analytics design experience in a business context
- Understand relational database concepts and data models
- SQL, Python, or R experience is beneficial
- Knowledge of SAP ERP data structures and functionality is preferable
