Job Description
Role Overview

Provides administrative support to the SDS Program Director, Senior and Disability Services Advisory Councils, and other Older Americans Act and Medicaid Program functions. Works on special projects and promotes customer service and harmonious working relationships.

What You Will Do

Prepares reports, completes forms, maintains mailing lists and databases, data entry, minute preparation, and performs other administrative tasks. Works on special projects and coordinates recruitment efforts, retention initiatives, and logistical support for meetings.

Requirements

  • Completion of high school or equivalent
  • Two years' experience demonstrating knowledge, skills, and abilities of position
  • Knowledge of public meeting laws
  • Thorough knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft software
  • Excellent knowledge of business English, spelling, and punctuation
  • Considerable knowledge of modern office practices and procedures
  • Knowledge of confidentiality rules regarding client and provider records
  • Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures
  • Valid Oregon Driver's License or reliable transportation
