Requirements

  • 8+ years in IT Project Management
  • 6+ years as a dedicated Scrum Master for software teams
  • Agile Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile
  • Tools: High proficiency in Jira and PPM tools (MS Project, SharePoint)
  • Certifications: Active CSM or SAFe certification
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field; MBA preferred
