Requirements

  • Direct the end-to-end project lifecycle, including scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
  • Mitigate risks and develop comprehensive resolution plans.
  • Facilitate status meetings, manage resource allocation, and oversee deliverables.
  • Maintain project documentation, repositories, and executive-level dashboards.
  • Supervise off-site vendor engagements and outsourced teams.
  • Act as a process guide for the team, ensuring clear communication across stakeholders.
