Job Description
H2M architects + engineers seeks a licensed Senior Architect to join their team. The role involves developing and executing architectural design work, coordinating with in-house and outside teams, and maintaining client relationships. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in architectural design and is able to work in a team environment.

Requirements

  • Maintain/develop relationships with key clients for client satisfaction and business expansion
  • Build new client relationships with key accounts and develop strategic teaming relationships with firms in selected markets
  • Identify key accounts within targeted markets and provide executive presentations
  • Manage all aspects of client relations including attending meetings
  • Make decisions and recommendations that have an important impact on architectural activities
  • Develop projects from design development through construction documents and services during construction administration
  • Anticipate and solve unprecedented architectural problems
  • Determine compliance with technical documents and industry specific standards and codes
  • Conceive and develop architectural solutions to client problems
