Role OverviewThe role involves leading a team of Solutions Architects who support ISV customers, driving business outcomes, and developing relationships with technical executives. The team will partner with sellers as part of an account team to grow and lead a team of Solutions Architects. The role requires coaching, mentoring, and developing new Solutions Architects, ensuring success in building, migrating, and modernizing applications on AWS.

Key responsibilities include hiring, on-boarding, training, and developing new Solutions Architects, coaching Solutions Architects in skills needed to work with ISV customers, ensuring success in building, migrating, and modernizing applications on AWS, educating customers on the value proposition of AWS, and participating in deep architectural discussions.

Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise IT application work
- 2+ years of hands-on software development or DevOps engineering experience
- 8+ years of technology solutions development and evangelising end-to-end technology roadmaps
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience leading and growing teams of senior technology professionals
