Role OverviewA Senior Architectural Designer is responsible for implementing all architectural projects, including design, construction documents, permitting, bidding, and construction administration. They will coordinate with other disciplines and the client, and have a thorough understanding of building construction methods and techniques.
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities of this role include maintaining client standards and QC throughout projects, assisting the project manager in setting scope and budget, and running projects with minimal oversight. The Senior Architectural Designer will also design and produce architectural designs, CDs, and specifications, and manage the permitting process and bidding procedures.
