NewVue Communities is seeking a Senior Asset Manager to oversee the financial, physical, and operational performance of its real estate portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, public administration, urban planning or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in asset management, affordable housing finance, or real estate portfolio oversight
  • Strong financial acumen; comfortable analyzing operating statements, pro formas, and capital budgets
