Role OverviewA real estate investment company in St. Louis, Missouri needs a Senior Associate who can be the day-to-day asset management lead for an assigned portfolio of commercial assets across the country.

Monitor financial performance, conduct risk assessments, support leasing initiatives, coordinate capital projects, and prepare performance reports.

Requirements
- 3 to 7 or more years of commercial real estate asset management experience
- Demonstrated experience managing commercial real estate assets and analyzing property level financial performance
- Strong understanding of real estate underwriting, budgeting, forecasting, leasing, and investment structures
- Experience with commercial real estate financial modeling and investment analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Advanced credentials such as CCIM, CPM, CFA, MBA, or MSRE preferred
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional real estate teams and external stakeholders
