Role OverviewJoin a fast-growing credit fund as a Senior Associate/VP to play a major role in the investment process. The team targets self-motivated individuals with strong credit technical ability and interest in investing and understanding business models.
What You Will Do
Lead deals, perform in-depth valuation analysis, prepare due diligence materials, present deals to the team, and manage deal and portfolio monitoring analysis.

Requirements
- Excellent academic credentials
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in investment banking, management consulting, private or public credit investment funds, and/or private equity
- Minimum of 3 years of direct private credit/private equity experience; Minimum of 5 years if VP candidate
- Strong technical foundation in corporate finance and accounting
- Strong quantitative abilities, including experience in financial modeling and valuation
- Strong judgment, critical thinking, and written skills
- Ability to articulate and present ideas effectively both orally and in written form
- Demonstrate objectivity, integrity, accountability in investment recommendations
- Demonstrate initiative and creativity in approach to problem solving
- Ability to multi-task with a fine-tuned attention to detail
- Team-player attitude and a desire to work on a wide range of projects
