Senior Associate, Asset Management

Requirements

• Manage day-to-day servicing activities for a portfolio of commercial mortgage loans
• Monitor property performance and loan covenant compliance
• Evaluate performance of the assigned portfolio and assign a risk rating for each asset
• Prepare internal/external reporting packages
• Coordinate receipt of post-closing borrower requests/transactions
• Crosstrain in all areas of department to gain full understanding of all aspects of departmental responsibilities
