Requirements
Juris Doctorate from a recognized law school
Active license to practice in Florida
5-10 years of demonstrable experience in personal injury litigation
Sharp analytical, negotiation, and research abilities
Documented success in verdicts and settlements
Proficient oral and written communication skills
Self-motivated with the capacity to work both autonomously and as part of a team
Rigorous organizational and detail-oriented aptitude
