Role OverviewAs a Senior Associate B2B Performance Marketing, you will support the development and execution of content strategies in collaboration with the Industry/ABM, Product Marketing teams, and other business experts across the company. You will focus on creating engaging thought leadership content to help boost awareness and drive engagement across web, social media, paid media, and events.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute content marketing strategies tailored to B2B audiences across multiple channels (website, blog, email, social media). Manage a content calendar, ensuring consistent, timely delivery of relevant and engaging content. Operationalize and optimize blog posts, case studies, white papers, and other marketing collateral that resonate with B2B customers.

Requirements
- Minimum 2-4 years in a B2B content marketing, industry marketing or communications role targeting Fortune 1000 companies
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience collaborating with Web teams, SEO, Social Media and Paid Media to develop content that is SEO optimized and is engaging across digital mediums is a plus
- Ability to conceive original and compelling ideas for new content for a variety of audiences and mediums that appeal to enterprise clients
- Advanced written and verbal communications skills with a strong command of the English language, as well as the ability to write for a global audience
- Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to multitask, prioritize, manage stakeholders at all levels across the business and adhere to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
