Role OverviewThe Senior Associate General Counsel Legal will work in close collaboration with the US Head of Financial Solutions and other senior financial solutions leadership throughout SCOR. The role will include problem solving, deal structuring, and execution of solutions for SCOR's financial solutions clients. The Senior Associate General Counsel Legal will also provide assistance to the SVP, Chief Legal Officer as needed relating to legal entity structure/restructuring, governance, M&A, and similar internal corporate transactional matters.
What You Will Do
The Senior Associate General Counsel Legal will provide legal advice and counsel to the business lines and their leadership. The role will include risk mitigation, assessment, and advice to management. The Senior Associate General Counsel Legal will also work independently and with minimal guidance from other legal staff.
