The company is looking for a Senior Associate Implementation Manager to help customers get live quickly, confidently, and consistently. The role is focused on high-volume delivery, enablement, and repeatable execution, helping customers understand why Common Room matters and how to use it effectively from day one.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in SaaS Implementation, Customer Success, or Onboarding
  • Strong facilitation and training skills
  • Excellent organization and time management across multiple projects
  • Comfort working within defined processes and playbooks
  • Ability to take feedback, recognize patterns, and improve quickly
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • A customer-first mindset balanced with respect for scope and structure
