Job Description
We are seeking a highly energetic Senior Associate who can be instrumental in servicing clients and helping grow the Transaction Advisory / Financial Due Diligence team. The Senior Associate is responsible for helping with projects related to Quality of Earnings (Q of E) reports, preparing financial models, financial reports, and reconciling tax returns and financial statements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience within public accounting (tax & financial statement preparation or auditing)
  • Previous experience leading projects
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work in a dynamic & fast paced environment with multiple projects / deadlines
  • Proven track record of problem solving
  • Energetic & continuous learning attitude
  • Eagerness and willingness to learn and push when necessary to meet deadlines
  • History of progression & growth
  • Team mentality
  • Good attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with clients and team members throughout all levels of organization
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting
  • CPA designation preferred
