New Engen is a digital marketing agency that helps brands grow smarter. The Senior Associate, Paid Social will own Paid Social Execution, manage campaigns, and partner with internal teams. The role requires 2–4 years of paid social experience and strong hands-on experience in Meta.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of paid social experience
  • Strong hands-on experience in Meta
  • Experience managing campaigns in-platform, including setup, optimization, and reporting
  • Comfort working in a client-facing capacity or strong potential to grow into it quickly
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make recommendations
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across accounts
