Senior Associate Procurement Coordinator - Mechanical Equipment

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to join our growing Procurement team. This role is responsible for supporting the procurement lifecycle from strategic sourcing through purchase order execution while ensuring suppliers meet project schedules, quality requirements, and contractual obligations.

What You Will Do

Coordinate competitive sourcing activities, Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Requests for Quotation (RFQs), administer Master Supply Agreements (MSAs), supplier contracts, and commercial terms, generate, issue, and maintain purchase orders in accordance with company procurement policies.

Requirements

• Education in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5 years of procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or construction procurement experience
• Experience in administering purchase orders and supplier contracts
• Understanding of procurement processes, sourcing methodologies, and contract administration
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively across engineering, construction, finance, and legal teams
• Professional communication and supplier relationship management skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
• Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability
