Role OverviewCMTA is seeking an experienced Electrical Senior Associate, Project Manager to manage all Electrical activities and aspects on various projects. This position will be client interfacing, responsible for all parts of project delivery, involved technically, and responsible for leading and managing all internal resources on each project.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include focusing on client interactions, meeting client expectations, leading project planning, interpreting, organizing, scheduling, and managing projects through all phases of development, establishing and monitoring the budget, managing the project team, and preparing schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Engineering, 10+ years of experience as an Electrical Engineer in MEP with 7+ years of electrical design experience, 6+ years of Project Management experience, and excellent client-facing and communication skills with experience presenting to high-level stakeholders.
