Job Description
The Sales Enablement team at DoorDash is responsible for driving measurable productivity improvements across DoorDash's go-to-market organizations. As a Senior Associate, Sales Enablement, you will be the dedicated enablement partner for Commerce Platform sellers, owning training execution, content creation, and cross-functional coordination that drives seller readiness and product adoption.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, L&D, sales operations, or a related GTM function
  • Strong training execution skills, including facilitating sessions, building content, and guiding learners
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to operate with precision, dependability, and ownership, completing projects end-to-end with minimal oversight
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools (e.g., Outreach, Chorus, or similar)
  • Ability to thrive in collaboration, partnering effectively with Sales, Product, RevOps, and others
