Role OverviewThe Senior Associate Strategic Finance will be a part of the newly formed Strategic Finance Center of Excellence (COE) team, focused on centralizing, standardizing, and modernizing key financial operations to unlock scale, accuracy, and strategic capacity across LinkedIn. The team will act as business process owners, driving design and continuous improvement across high-impact financial workflows such as accrual processes and headcount & position management.

The Senior Associate will take ownership of end-to-end workstreams, working to identify inefficiencies, implement scalable solutions, and embed best practices across finance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complexity, enjoys solving operational challenges, and is skilled at transforming fragmented and siloed processes into structured, scalable solutions through thoughtful design and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, finance accounting, management consulting, investment banking, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, experience in SQL and data tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau)
- Experience in program management and owning project end-to-end (including effective communication, stakeholder management)
- Ability to drive alignment across functions and complex stakeholder maps
